NICE WEATHER FOLLOWING A BUSY WEATHER DAY….

After leaving significant damage down south, there was a bunch of
measurable rainfall from Ida. The storm total was 4.00 inches!

Most of the rainfall occurred this morning, leading us to believe
we have set a new rainfall record. Results soon to follow….

Here is the old record!

2.73 INCHES IN 1947

Visibility was decent this morning at 50 miles, then increased to
80 miles as the humidity continued to drop. This day was
equivalent to something you see in early fall. Wicked nice.

Wind is northerly at an average of 10 mph with a max gust so far of
55 mph, happening much earlier today as the storm came through.

The high so far today is 68F, this is 9 degrees below the daily
normal maximum of 77F. The low so far today is 56F, which is 4
degrees below the daily normal minimum of 60F.
