Today we encountered some nice early fall weather. Visibility
was 80 miles all day, which is exceptional considering it is
only early September. A cool westerly breeze is coming in at
an average of 10 mph with a peak so far of 20 mph.

The sky was partly cloudy this morning, moving to mostly
cloudy around noon.

The high so far today is 74F, this is a degree below the
daily normal maximum of 75F. The low so far today is 51F,
which is 6 degrees below the daily normal minimum of 57F.

Today marks the 20th anniversary of the terror attacks on 9/11/2001.
