Today we observed nearly cloudless skies, only seeing some
cumulus and cirrus offshore. The wind has died down from
yesterday, being northwesterly at an average of 12 mph.
Visibility was 85 miles at the 10 A.M. observation,
decreasing slightly moving into the afternoon.

The high temperature so far today is 17F, this is 17 degrees
below the daily normal maximum of 34F. The low since midnight
is 3F, which is 10 degrees below the normal
