FIRST HALF INCH OF SNOW OF SEASON THIS MORNING
SNOW WAS MIXED WITH SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN
Snow which began during the very early morning
hours became mixed with sleet and some freezing
drizzle by 6 a.m. and measurement at 7 A.M. EST
was 0.4 inch of snow and sleet on the boards.
During the next few hours sleet continued to
accumulate 0.2 inch for an event total of 0.6 inch.
A thin coating of glaze formed during periods of
freezing drizzle and a little freezing rain.
The temperature climbed above 32 degrees shortly
after 10 A.M. with a period of light rain continuing.
