GIVE WAY TO DEVELOPING STORMS AND SHOWERS
Following a picturesque summer day yesterday,
clear and cool conditions have slowly given way
to developing cumulus and approaching altocumulus
and cirrostratus, associated with an impending front
to our NW.
By the 1:00 PM EST observation cumulus were growing
and forming light rain showers in all directions with
a trace of new rain falling from one brief rain shower
that occurred just before observation time. Moderate
or towering cumulus could be seen in most directions
with more showers on the way.
