DENSE EARLY MORNING FOG WITH HEAVY CONDENSATION
UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES–MINIMUM 44F WAS +19 DEG.
DECEMBER AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OVER 7 DEG. ABOVE NORMAL
Dense fog prevailed here at the summit until after 10 A.M.
then visibility rose up to near 15 with hazy conditions
into the early afternoon. The low temperature this morning
was almost 20 degrees above the normal and by early this
afternoon our temperature had reached the mid-50’s.
