AFTERNOON RAINFALL FOLLOWING A MOSTLY
CLOUDY DAY….

Visibility this morning was 60 miles, with
fog decreasing visibility to 15 miles towards
Boston. Skies were increasingly cloudy, with
conditions becoming overcast after noontime.
A light rain shower was observed before the 1 P.M.
observation, leaving only a trace in the gauge.
More consistent rainfall began after 2 P.M.,
with more than a quarter inch falling by 5 P.M.
The high so far today is 78F, a degree above
the daily normal maximum of 77F. The low since
midnight is 59F, a degree below the average
daily minimum of 60F.
