Visibility improved slightly since this morning,
increasing from 20 miles to 40 miles at 1 P.M.
Conditions today were dry, yet an increase in
cloud cover was seen throughout the day. A very
light sea breeze is in effect, with a max speed
of 10 mph. The high so far today is 87F, which
is 7 degrees above the average daily maximum of 80F.
The low since midnight is 68F, 6 degrees above the
