DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
SATURDAY, JUNE 1, 2019
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME

FAIR WEATHER DAY WITH POOR VISIBILITY ON TOP OF
GREAT BLUE HILL…

Winds were light throughout the day with direction became variable
at times. Hazy conditions were enhanced by low wind, haze was most
likely caused by pollution and wildfire in northern Canada. This
caused a decrease in visibility staying around 40 miles. Sea fog
was observed at the 1 P.M observation with a brown tint due the
haze. The high so far today is 72F, 2 degrees above the daily
normal maximum of 70F. The low since midnight is 54F, two degrees
above the normal minimum of 52F.
