NEW POST…NEW POST…NEW POST…NEW POST…

Senator Walter Timilty filed  Amendment #910 to the Senate Budget that will provide $100,000 for “the operations of Blue Hill Observatory and Science Center”. If passed, this amendment will be an important step  toward ensuring that the Observatory’s educational programs and historic unbroken climate record will continue and grow. We are asking all of our supporters to call or email Senate President, Karen Spilka, and their local State Senator and ask them to support Amendment #910 in item 2810-0100 . The full Senate vote on this amendment will be taken as early as Wednesday, May 22nd so your immediate help would be greatly appreciated.
