WINDY DAY WITH INTERMITTENT SHOWERS AND LOW VISIBILITY….

Throughout the day, we have had regular gusts over 40
miles per hour recorded at the observatory. Visibility
was limited to 1/8 mile from 7 A.M. EST until about 12
P.M. EST. Since then, visibility has gone up a bit to
20 miles, with hazy conditions, which are restricting
further visibility. A total of 0.35 inches of rain has
been measured so far as a line of storms passes through
the area, with more expected through the day.
