wintry precipitation. Visibility climbed from 40 miles
this morning to 70 miles in the afternoon. Wind has
remained westerly with a peak gust so far of 41 mph.
The ponds have stayed frozen despite above average
temperatures. The high so far today is 47F, 4 degrees
