We observed near overcast skies this morning become
almost clear at the 1 P.M. observation. Wind has shifted
SW to W throughout the day, with a peak gust so far of
29 mph. Visibility was highest in the afternoon at 50
miles. Warm and dry air continues to dominate the region,
with a humidity of 50% by noontime and a high so far today
of 61F. That is 26 degrees above the daily normal maximum
