Visibility remained at 70 miles since this morning, with
mild obscuration from a thin smoke layer in the distance.
Wind remained light and northwesterly, with speeds at or
below 5 mph on average. There is partial freezing observed
on the surface of both Houghton’s Pond and Lake Ponkapoag.
Weather conditions remained fair today, with less than half
the sky being covered at any point in the observation period.
The high temperature so far today is 33F, 10 degrees below the
