to 10 A.M. Winds have remained northwesterly and
strong for most of the day, averaging over 20 mph at
1 P.M. The highest wind so far today is 41 mph at
12:10 P.M. Skies have become overcast since this
morning. Humidity decreased from 78% to 59% between
7 A.M. and 1 P.M. The high temperature reached so far
