A WARMER THAN USUAL FALL DAY WITH INCREASING
AFTERNOON CLOUDS….

Fog limited visibility to 5 miles this morning, but broke
up around the 10 A.M. observation. Visibility has stayed
at 40 miles since then. Between the 10 A.M. and 1 P.M.
observations, clouds decreased, allowing for the sun
to break through. This brought the temperature to a
high of 74F so far today. This is 11 degrees above the
daily normal maximum of 63F. By 1 P.M., skies became
overcast with a layer of low stratocumulus. The low
since midnight is 56F, which is 11 degrees above our
normal low of 45F.
