MOSTLY CLOUDY DAY WITH LOW WIND AND CLOSE TO NORMAL
TEMPERATURES…

So far today temperatures have been closer to seasonable
with a max of 74F by 1:00 P.M. The this is 1 degree
daily normal high minimum for today of 73F. Overnight
temperatures continue the trend of being above average
with daytime temperatures below average. Since midnight
the low is 61F, this is 4 degrees above the daily normal
of 57F. The wind was light and shifted today from the
East to the South. Skies remained mostly cloudy today
with light intermittent showers, we measured 1.37 inches
at the 7:00 A.M. observation and measured and
additional trace by 1:00 P.M. Visibility has been
obscured by dense fog and varied between 1/16-3/4 mile
in the morning and increased to 30 miles by 1:00 P.M.

The month of September so far is running above normal
for both the temperature, and after yesterday’s rainfall,
for precipitation.
