NORTHEASTERLY WIND BRINGS COOLER TEMPERATURES TO
GREAT BLUE HILL…

Pressure rose greatly overnight and the day began
with mostly cloudy skies but cleared throughout
the day. By 10:00 A.M we had a mixture of clouds
with cumulus, altocumulus and cirrostratus. With
low humidity today visibility remained consistent
at 60 miles with a distant lingering haze.
Wind from the Northeast was breezy in the early hours
but became lighter mid-morning then picked up
again throughout the afternoon.
Temperatures dropped overnight to below seasonable
with a max so far of 72F by 1:00 P.M. This is 5
degrees below the daily normal of 77F. Overnight
temperatures were above normal though with a low
of 63 since midnight. This is 3 degrees above the
daily normal of 60F.
