ANOTHER BELOW SEASONABLE DAY WITH LIGHT WINDS AND
TRACE AMOUNTS OF SNOW….

We observed light snow that began at 8 A.M. and has
continued since then, only leaving a trace. Winds have
remained light since yesterday at 2 P.M., barely exceeding
5 miles per hour. A distant fog has been building along
the horizon, limiting visibility to 20 miles at the 1 P.M.
observation. The maximum temperature observed at 1 P.M. is
39F, 14 degrees below the normal maximum of 53F. The low
temperature since midnight was 32F, still 4 degrees below
the daily normal minimum of 36F.
