TEMPERATURES WARM UNDER CLOUDY CONDITIONS

Cloudy skies prevailed today as temperatures stopped
falling last night and were warming up throughout the
early morning hours.  Temperatures had reached 30 degrees
by the 7 AM observation and continued to rise throughout
the day.  The high at the 1 o’clock observation was 36
degrees.

Winds remained very steady today at around 10 miles per hour.
The peak gust was 29 miles per hour and occurred earlier in
the day as winds continued out of the south.

Humidity rose overnight reaching the upper 70s to low 80s by
this morning.  Visibility had been poor from distant fog
earlier but improved by mid day.
