OVERCAST, BREEZY AND WET DAY

Moderate winds from the SSW picked up overnight.
We measured 0.01 inches of precipitation overnight
and an additional trace by 1:00 P.M. EST today.
Temperatures continued to be above normal today
with a high of 64F by 1:00 P.M. EST which is 11
degrees above the normal of 53F. We had a overcast of
altostratus throughout the day. Due to a high level
of humidity all day, distant fog started to form
later in the morning and throughout the afternoon,
which caused a decrease in visibility from 30 miles
at 7:00 A.M. EST to 8 miles by 1:00 P.M. EST.
