Rainfall overnight left 0.63 inches in the gauge at the  7 A.M. observation. At 1 P.M. an additional 0.22 inches was measured from a mix of light rain and ice pellets.  Fog limited visibility to a maximum of 3 miles this afternoon. Wind has been active today, with a max gust  so far of 45 mph. We observed a wind shift from NE to W over the course of the day. Pressure continues to fall  rapidly after a decrease of almost 30 millibars since yesterday  afternoon. Since this morning, pressure has fallen another 10  millibars. The high temperature so far today is 38F, 8 degrees  below the normal daily maximum of 46F. The low since midnight  is 35F, 7 degrees above the daily normal of 28F.  Today's Observations: 7 A.M.
