WEEKEND RAINFALL ONLY A TENTH OF AN INCH Every day this month starting the 13th has had above normal temperatures; a total of sixteen consecutive days averaging warmer than normal. The September average is now just about 2 degrees on the warm side of normal and the month will become the third consecutive month to average on the warm side. Yesterday's precipitation, expected to amount to some generous rainfall, amounted to next to nothing. The total of 0.09 brought the monthly total to 2.54 inches and the month is now an inch and one half drier than normal.
